What to Expect:

As a Sales Customer Service Expert at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Fielding customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and social media, providing timely and effective resolutions to customer issues
  • Resolving customer complaints and de-escalating situations when necessary, ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction
  • Tracking call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, maintaining accurate records and providing valuable insights to improve our services
  • Providing feedback on call issues and meeting defined sales objectives, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Processing payments and assisting customers with their requests, ensuring seamless transactions and a high level of customer satisfaction

What is Required:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • To be at least 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or GED
  • The ability to type at least 25 words per minute, with strong oral and written communication skills
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out:

While the above qualifications are essential, we're looking for candidates who can take their skills to the next level. If you have:

  • 6 months of call center experience, with a proven ability to handle high-volume calls and resolve complex issues
  • A minimum of 6 months of sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation
