The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a customer-centric individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with our customers. As a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Assisting Outside Sales Representatives with administrative tasks, such as gathering customer information and preparing quotes
• Maintaining accurate records and collaborating with colleagues and customers to ensure seamless communication
• Anticipating customer needs and proactively resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Preparing quotes and presenting to Sales Representatives and/or customers
• Maintaining customer change orders and delivery information using industry-based software programs
• Assisting customers with questions about their orders and providing solutions to meet their needs

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and great follow-through ability
• Ability to self-motivate and work independently
• Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

• Experience in the construction industry or a related field
• Knowledge of engineered wood roof and floor trusses
• Familiarity with industry-based software programs
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
