What to Expect
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver top-notch support to policyholders and claimants via phone, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Handling Inbound Calls: Respond to inquiries and servicing needs related to home and auto policies, providing clear explanations and resolving issues efficiently.
- Explaining the Claims Process: Guide customers through the claims process, assisting with damage appraisals and car rentals as needed.

What We're Looking For
