Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote Opportunity with arenaflex

Job Summary:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service experiences over the phone and online chat. You'll work closely with our clients to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide support with account management, password resets, and more. This is a remote opportunity that requires flexibility, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver the highest level of customer service experience, ensuring that every interaction is positive, professional, and personalized

  • Answer customer calls and respond to online chat inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Reset passwords and assist with creating accounts as needed
  • Upload documents and provide support with account management
  • Answer general questions and provide information on products and services
  • Engage with customers over the phone and online chat, responding to their needs and concerns
  • Help customers manage their accounts, including verifying eligibility for coverages and reviewing healthcare options
  • Problem-solve and find creative solutions to any consumer problems that arise
  • Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues in a timely manner
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and procedures, demonstrating a deep understanding of arenaflex's offerings and services

Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking:

  • Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues in a timely manner
  • Think critically and outside the box to resolve complex issues and meet customer needs

Administrative Duties:

* Input customer information into a database

  • Perform various administrative duties as assigned, including data entry and record-keeping

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

* Must be able to provide their own computer/laptop with working camera for the first 3 weeks of training

  • Must have high-speed, reliable Internet (35mbps Download speed or better)
  • Must not have any requested time off, including doctor appointments, during the 3 weeks of training
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Experience with customer service software and systems
