Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused Remote Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Los Angeles, California. As a part-time Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support. Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Support Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective resolutions to their inquiries and issues
  • Assisting customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and issue resolution, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and services

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer support, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with experience in using these tools to manage customer interactions and data
  • Energetic and resilient personality traits, with a passion for delivering world-class support and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
