Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling incoming calls, voicemails, and emails with professionalism and care. You'll also be responsible for making outbound calls to schedule appointments, follow up on customer satisfaction, and transfer calls to various departments as needed. Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls, confirm scheduled appointments, and respond to voicemail messages, abandoned, and missed calls from customers

  • Make outbound scheduling and follow-up calls to promote customer satisfaction
  • Transfer calls to various departments as needed
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and arenaflex policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the industry or a related field

  • Previous experience with customer service software and technology
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
