12:30-9:00pm, 1:30pm-10:00pm, 2:30-11:00pm, and 3:30pm-12:00am
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing our proprietary software, CT Soft phone, to manage incoming calls and interactions
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Call center experience:
A plus, but not required
Excellent communication skills:
Verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role
Basic computer knowledge:
Familiarity with computer applications and software is necessary
Positive and enthusiastic behavior:
A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a desire to provide a great phone call experience with every interaction
Reliable internet connection:
A minimum of 25mbps upload and 25mbps download speed, with a hardwired connection via Ethernet cable
Computer specifications:
A Core i3 processor, 16GB of RAM, and Windows 10 operating system
Headset compatibility:
An Avaya-compatible USB headset for incoming customer interactions
