The Role

As an Experienced Customer Success Representative, you'll be responsible for crafting customer success strategies and building strong relationships with customers to deliver consistently excellent customer experiences. You'll work closely with customers to resolve support tickets in a timely and professional manner, manage new customer account setup and data migration tasks, and update and improve Knowledge Base articles using learnings from customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

* Work with customers to resolve support tickets in a timely and professional manner

  • Manage new customer account setup and data migration tasks
  • Update and improve Knowledge Base articles using learnings from customer interactions
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external senior-level management to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and communicate learnings
  • Maintain existing customer success metrics and data

Essential Qualifications

* Strong verbal and written communication and project management skills

  • Strong data entry, analysis, and spreadsheet (Excel & Sheets) skills
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
  • Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* Knowledge of Hubspot and customer support tools

  • Project management experience is a plus
