Job Summary

As an Online Chat Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be responsible for maintaining a positive and helpful attitude, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients through online chat, ensuring a positive and helpful attitude in all interactions

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and services offered by arenaflex
• Participate in departmental meetings, company meetings, and in-services to stay informed about organizational developments and best practices
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management
• Meet minimum monthly goals and contribute to the overall success of the team
• Work a varying schedule, including flexible start times, to accommodate the needs of our clients

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or online environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fundamental computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and online chat platforms
