Requirements
* Age requirement: 18 years or older
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred
- Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English; knowledge of other languages an advantage
- Technical skills: Basic computer skills and comfort using various software programs and systems
- Customer service skills: Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and efficient manner
