The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team, working from the comfort of your own home. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients' members or customers, answering inbound phone calls, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:
* Handle a high volume of incoming calls and chats, providing exceptional service to our clients' members or customers
* Gather customer information, assess, and fulfill customer needs in a timely and professional manner
* Educate customers regarding tax preparation products and services, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our offerings
* Utilize and navigate multiple systems simultaneously, including our CRM and other web-based applications
* Resolve customer issues via one call resolution guidelines and/or escalated process, ensuring a positive experience for our clients' members or customers
* Meet or exceed company and client performance metrics, demonstrating your commitment to excellence
* Maintain a balance between company policy and client benefit in decision-making, ensuring that our clients' interests are always top of mind
* Evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact our clients and their customers
* Accept and embrace changes within the current business environment, demonstrating your adaptability and flexibility
* Be responsible for call disposition or compiling and documenting customer information as required
Experience Required for Your Success
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* At least a High School diploma or equivalent
* Minimum of 1 year call center experience required
* Minimum of 1 year customer service experience required
* Minimum of 2 years Computer Experience in a work environment
* Tech support experience is strongly preferred
* Ability to multi-task and navigate between multiple windows or within web-based applications
* Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Problem-solving skills
* Dedicated area to work from in your home
* Internet speed requirement of 50 Mb/s for download speeds and 10 Mb/s for upload speeds (Wired access is required)
