About the Role
As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing insights that inform business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to drive business outcomes and improve customer experiences. Your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling will help us make data-driven decisions that drive business growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve customer experiences
- Develop and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and data quality checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and provide recommendations for business improvement
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related field
- Strong expertise in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or GCP
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in a lead role or as a technical lead
- Experience with big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases
- Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics
- Certification in data science, business intelligence, or related field
- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems
