Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Accurately entering and updating shipment details into the arenaflex database, ensuring the smooth flow of packages through our network.
- Collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless communication and information flow, including customer service, operations, and logistics teams.
- Performing data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness, identifying and resolving discrepancies and data-related issues promptly.
- Adhering to arenaflex data entry protocols and guidelines, maintaining the highest standards of data integrity and security.
- Providing excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Proficient typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
