Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Full-time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming phone calls via a multiline telephone system, providing expert support to customers, dealers, and submission centers
  • Preparing and providing internal and external written correspondence via email, ensuring timely and accurate communication
  • Assisting customers with their accounts and submissions, providing product and service information, and making recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining customer accounts by recording product and submission records, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collecting customer feedback and making recommendations to management on potential products and services to meet customer needs
  • Preparing product and service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information, providing valuable insights for business growth

What Will Make You Successful:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • 2 years of previous customer service/call center experience or relevant experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to learn, gain, and retain product and procedural knowledge
  • Demonstrated experience learning new systems, with a high attention to detail and quality-focused approach
  • Ability to multi-task with superior organizational skills, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High School diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, customer service, and problem-solving

Work Environment and Culture:

As a remote employee, you will work from the comfort of your own dedicated workspace, with a stable internet connection and a minimum of 50 Mbps of bandwidth. Our Customer Service Center operates from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Eastern Time), from Monday to Saturday, with a current recruitment focus on the work shift from 11:15 AM to 8:00 PM (Eastern Time). You will be part of a dynamic and innovative team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Director of Customer Service
