As a virtual receptionist/data entry clerk, you'll be an integral part of our administrative team, providing top-notch support to our employees and customers.

Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced virtual receptionist/data entry clerk to join our remote team. As a key member of our administrative team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our employees and customers. Your duties will include managing mail and internal correspondences, setting up IT meetings, creating and replacing ID badges, and supporting coverage of the reception desk. Key Responsibilities

* Maintains full knowledge of IT department structure, knowing which leaders oversee each team.

  • Sorts, scans, and distributes mail and internal correspondences throughout the arenaflex campus and satellite locations.
  • Manages postage, mail accounts, and incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Ensures office supplies and all common areas are stocked, clean, and organized.
  • Sets up IT meetings and removes setup once the meeting convenes.
  • Creates and replaces ID badges for IT employees.
  • Supports coverage of the reception desk, including answering phones, directing visitors, issuing and deactivating employee and visitor badges.
  • Performs all assigned tasks accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
  • Complies with arenaflex privacy and security requirements and policies if job responsibilities include possible access to confidential and/or sensitive information.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

* High School Diploma / GED required.

  • Or, a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.

Physical Requirements

* Work is performed in an office environment where a computer, telephone, and other office equipment are used as needed to perform duties.

  • Regularly required to sit, reach, grasp, stand, and move from one area to another.
  • Constantly and repeatedly use keyboard/mouse.
  • Occasionally required to push, pull, bend, lift, and move up to 25 lbs.
