Responsibilities

As a Remote Web Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries and providing support via web chat in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

To be successful as a Remote Web Chat Representative, you'll need:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
• The ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
