Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus + Previous experience in customer service or live chat support is preferred

Essential Skills:

+ Excellent written communication skills and the ability to type quickly and accurately + Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet + Ability to work independently in a remote environment + Comfortable using various chat platforms and CRM software + Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required
