Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in establishing and building relationships with our customers, operating in a fast-paced environment with precision and competence. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling high amounts of incoming calls with professionalism and poise
  • Identifying and evaluating customers' needs to deliver satisfaction and exceed expectations
  • Building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive discussions
  • Providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by using the right methods and tools
  • Managing complaints, providing proper solutions and options, and following up to secure resolution
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Establishing and building relationships with our customers
  • Going the extra mile to engage customers and deliver exceptional experiences

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Some proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative (preferred)
  • Strong phone administration skills and active listening capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work nights & some weekends
  • Availability to work 1pm - 11pm CST, 4 days/ week with rotating Saturdays or 3pm -11pm CST M-F with rotating Saturdays

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred

  • Proficiency in using Mac computers and the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for delivering results on-time and exceeding expectations

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the solar energy or renewable energy industry

  • Knowledge of solar energy systems and technologies
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer relationship management principles
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
