Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch customer support through live chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer questions and concerns via live chat with a friendly and professional approach, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues

  • Offer clear information about products and services, providing accurate and up-to-date knowledge to customers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with support from senior team members, leveraging your problem-solving skills and technical expertise

Requirements

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or chat support, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Proficiency in chat software and technology, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Available Shifts and Compensation
