The Role: Partner Plan Administrator

We're seeking an experienced and talented Partner Plan Administrator to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Partner Plan team, you'll play a critical role in developing and executing innovative experience design and brand development strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, understanding their business needs and goals

• Create and present compelling experience design pitches that showcase arenaflex's capabilities and expertise
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative experiences that meet client needs and exceed expectations
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's brand portfolio and client needs, using this knowledge to inform design and development decisions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our work
• Lead and participate in creative brainstorming sessions, using design thinking principles to drive innovative solutions
• Develop and maintain a strong portfolio of work, showcasing arenaflex's capabilities and expertise
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective project management processes and tools
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members, helping to develop their skills and expertise

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field

• 4+ years of experience in a related field, with a focus on experience design and brand development
• Strong portfolio of work that showcases experience design and brand development expertise
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts to clients and stakeholders
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on innovation and creativity

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's degree in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field

• Experience working in a global environment, with a focus on cultural sensitivity and awareness
• Strong understanding of design thinking principles and practices
• Experience working with design software, including Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
