Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative for arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via email and live chat, providing accurate, valid, and complete information to resolve their issues and concerns.
  • Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed, working closely with other departments to ensure seamless resolution.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Following up on customer interactions to ensure their satisfaction, providing proactive support to prevent issues from arising.
  • Achieving and maintaining established performance metrics, meeting or exceeding targets for customer satisfaction, first response time, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues, working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and resolution.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 year of experience in customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Familiarity with chat software similar to Facebook Messenger, with the ability to navigate and utilize various platforms.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills, including MS Office, Google Suite, and other productivity tools.
  • Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet, and a reliable internet connection.
  • Basic English writing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing.
