Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Precisely entering and updating customer data in our systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Managing and keeping customer records current and accurate, including updating contact information and resolving any discrepancies.
• Delivering outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
