Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Science Manager to join our team and lead the development of data-driven strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. As a key member of our data science team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing data analysis and visualization solutions that inform business decisions and drive customer engagement. Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Science Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Designing and implementing data analysis and visualization solutions that inform business decisions and drive customer engagement
• Developing and maintaining key relationships with internal stakeholders (peers, colleagues, and leadership) and external partners (business community, clients, and vendors) to foster methodologies that meet business objectives within budget and timelines
• Leading cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and customer satisfaction
• Creating and executing strategic plans that align with business objectives and drive growth
• Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform business decisions
• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
• Communicating complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders through clear and compelling storytelling
• Developing and maintaining a culture of innovation and experimentation within the data science team
• Building and maintaining a diverse and inclusive team environment that fosters growth and development

Essential Capabilities

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Power BI, and other related technologies
• A deep understanding of data science concepts and methodologies, including machine learning, statistical modeling, and data visualization
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and customer satisfaction
• A strong track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• A strong understanding of business operations and the ability to develop data-driven solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
• A bachelor's degree in a quantitative, computational, or technical discipline
