Job Overview

As an Inbound Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients over the phone and via email. You'll be handling inbound inquiries, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a part-time role that requires weekend and weekday availability, with a focus on delivering outstanding results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

* Answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner

  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints or issues
  • Communicating effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
  • Documenting all customer interactions accurately in our system
  • Collaborating with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and goals

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Ability to work weekend and weekday shifts as scheduled
  • Consistently fulfilling shifts as assigned
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and a strong desire to help others
