Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative on our Merchant Services team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our merchants, resolving issues, and driving business growth. You will be the first point of contact for our merchants, and your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail will make a significant impact on our business.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support to our merchants, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Collaborate with our Merchant Services team to identify and implement process improvements, driving business growth and increasing customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our merchants, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their expectations
  • Analyze and resolve complex customer complaints, escalating issues to senior team members as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex's policies and procedures
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or similar data analysis tools
  • Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the food delivery or logistics industry

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Fluency in multiple languages
