Key Responsibilities:
As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Receiving and processing customer requests for technical assistance through our ticketing system
- Opening and submitting tickets for review by our Help Desk technicians
- Reviewing each open ticket to ensure timely resolution and updating customers on the status of their requests
- Providing exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity in our ticketing system
- Collaborating with the Help Desk team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
Essential Qualifications:
* Previous experience in I.T. Help Desk ticketing or online customer service is preferred, but not required
- Excellent typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly
Preferred Qualifications:
