What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Engaging directly with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve their queries and provide solutions
- Researching and problem-solving to determine the best course of action for customers
- Operating with empathy, understanding, and kindness to customers and colleagues alike
- Utilizing active listening skills to ensure that customers feel heard and valued
- Collaborating with teammates and managers to achieve our customer-centric goals
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and informed responses
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to listen actively and respond empathetically
- Fluency in both Canadian French (Quebecois) and English
- Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using computers, including data entry and rapid navigation through systems and the internet
- Ability to adapt to change and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check
Technical Requirements
To ensure that you can work effectively from home, you'll need:
- A dedicated workspace with a computer monitor and minimal distractions
- A reliable wired, high-speed internet connection (30 Mbps download speed/ 10 Mbps upload speed)
- A cell phone or tablet for two-factor authentication through Okta Verify
