What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Engaging directly with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve their queries and provide solutions
• Researching and problem-solving to determine the best course of action for customers
• Operating with empathy, understanding, and kindness to customers and colleagues alike
• Utilizing active listening skills to ensure that customers feel heard and valued
• Collaborating with teammates and managers to achieve our customer-centric goals
• Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and informed responses

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to listen actively and respond empathetically
• Fluency in both Canadian French (Quebecois) and English
• Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using computers, including data entry and rapid navigation through systems and the internet
• Ability to adapt to change and prioritize tasks effectively
• Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background check

Technical Requirements

To ensure that you can work effectively from home, you'll need:

• A dedicated workspace with a computer monitor and minimal distractions
• A reliable wired, high-speed internet connection (30 Mbps download speed/ 10 Mbps upload speed)
• A cell phone or tablet for two-factor authentication through Okta Verify
• A headset and webcam for virtual collaboration
