Job Summary
We're looking for a highly motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing heart-driven support to our members, answering their questions, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

- 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, such as call center, retail, or hospitality
- Strong computer skills in Windows-based applications
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
