Key Responsibilities

- Assisting customers with booking, changes to reservations, and other service requests
- Resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and tact
- Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent service delivery

- Utilizing computer systems and navigating multiple applications simultaneously to resolve customer issues
Required Skills and Qualifications
