Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in helping us transform operations, reduce costs, and enhance the overall customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Input data accurately: Input data accurately into our system using a steady stream of images.
- Identify and categorize documents: Identify and categorize various document types based on provided documentation.
- Review entered data: Review all entered data to ensure adherence to high-quality standards.
- Maintain confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with team members: Professionally collaborate with team members as needed to optimize workflow.
- Suggest improvements: Suggest and propose improvements or enhancements to job processes.
- Complete daily tasks efficiently: Complete daily tasks efficiently and thoroughly while adhering to deadlines.
- Execute additional office duties: Execute additional office duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in data entry: Previous experience in a data entry role or similar position preferred.
- Familiarity with healthcare documents: Familiarity with healthcare documents and processes is a plus.
- Strong commitment to quality and confidentiality: Strong commitment to quality and confidentiality.
Education Requirements

Experience Requirements

- Prior experience handling sensitive information: Prior experience handling sensitive information and knowledge of HIPAA regulations is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits
* Pay Rate: $12 per hour
- Shifts: Part-time and full-time opportunities available, with a preference for full-time. Minimum of 20 hours per week required.
- Hours: Shifts available between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday.
