The Role

As an e-commerce support specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer service tickets for our clients, providing timely and high-quality responses to customer inquiries. You will work within client platforms, including ticketing systems like Kustomer, Gorgias, and Zendesk, which we will provide training for. Some clients may require phone support, so excellent communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service over the phone are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle customer service tickets for top e-commerce brands

  • Provide timely and high-quality responses to customer inquiries
  • Work within client platforms, including ticketing systems like Kustomer, Gorgias, and Zendesk
  • Handle phone support for clients, if required
  • Perform basic administrative tasks, as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Collaborate with the arenaflex team to ensure seamless customer service delivery

What We Look For:

* Excellent English: Native English speakers with excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Customer-facing experience: Some experience in customer-facing roles, although not required to be customer service specifically
  • Interest in e-commerce: A genuine interest in the e-commerce space and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Multichannel communication: Ability to answer multiple inquiries across various channels, including email, Instagram, live chat, and phone
  • Attention to detail: High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports
  • Empathy and communication skills: Ability to relate with people, be empathetic, and remain calm in challenging situations
  • US time zone availability: Ability to work within US time zones (PST, CST, EST)
