Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for entering, canceling, or editing warehouse appointments using One Network and/or High Jump systems. Additionally, you will audit inbound freight costs between our Transportation Management System (TMS) and the Buyer Portal, as well as perform periodic freight cost editing within the Buyer Portal. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Accurately enter, cancel, and edit warehouse appointments using One Network and/or High Jump systems.
  • Audit and reconcile inbound freight costs between our Transportation Management System (TMS) and the Buyer Portal.
  • Perform periodic updates and edits to freight costs in the Buyer Portal.
  • Navigate and utilize various web applications efficiently, including Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with arenaflex's quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
  • Strong web application navigation skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.
  • High typing speed and accuracy, with the ability to maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in data entry, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Familiarity with One Network and/or High Jump systems.
  • Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Buyer Portals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • $24.00 to $27.00 per hour, depending on experience (DOE).
  • Benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
