Job Description

As an Experienced Remote Sales Chat Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, engaging with customers via chat and encouraging them to place an order. You'll have the opportunity to close sales directly on the chat and send invoices using our company's system. Each lead you add to your account will be assigned to a sales manager, who will follow up with customers via phone calls to ensure a seamless sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Advertise and sell shipping containers using our software

  • Engage with customers via chat, building rapport and encouraging them to place an order
  • Close sales directly on the chat and send invoices using our company's system
  • Add leads to your account, which will be assigned to a sales manager for follow-up
  • Participate in daily training sessions to stay up-to-date on our products and services
  • Collaborate with mentors and join a Q&A group to achieve your sales goals

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in a remote or customer-facing role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in using software and technology to manage sales and customer interactions
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in sales, marketing, or a related field a plus
