Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for interfacing with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. You'll determine the status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders, delivery schedules, and more. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will make you a valuable asset to our team.
Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:
- Interfacing with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions
- Determining the status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders, delivery schedules, and more
- Maintaining records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes, product pricing, and resolving return credit problems
- Working on assignments that are semi-routine in nature, where the ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required
- Normally receiving general instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on new assignments
Location:
Our office is located in Fort Worth, Texas, and we're looking for someone who is willing to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Job Type and Salary:
This is a contract position, and the salary range is $20-$22 per hour. We offer a competitive compensation package, and we're committed to recognizing and rewarding our employees for their hard work and dedication.
Work Hours:
Our standard work hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. We're a flexible employer, and we're happy to discuss flexible work arrangements with the right candidate.
Education:
We're looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in a related field. If you have a passion for customer service and a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply.
