Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced customer service associate to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service and service provider service teams, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and service providers through various communication channels. Responsibilities

As a customer service associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering incoming calls from customers and service providers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns
• Responding to customer emails, texts, and web chat inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Helping customers with bookings, including booking a service, canceling, and rescheduling
• Assisting service providers with questions or issues regarding Work Orders and policy questions
• Troubleshooting software issues with customers and service providers
• Collaborating with a fully remote team, utilizing technology to facilitate team communication, training, and meetings

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to analyze customer emails and provide thoughtful responses
• Ability to handle incoming phone calls from customers without getting nervous or flustered
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot software malfunctions and resolve customer issues efficiently
• Ability to track multiple issues at the same time, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
