We're looking for a dedicated and results-driven Financial Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing professional and high-quality service to our clients and their customers. Responsibilities

As a Financial Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound service calls and providing timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries
  • Driving customer satisfaction through voice, chat, and/or email communications
  • Navigating through multiple systems and tools to provide accurate and efficient service
  • Participating in ongoing training and skill development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and their customers

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to navigate between screens while assisting customers
  • Problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A high school diploma (or GED equivalent)
  • The ability to pass a background check and drug-screen
  • A minimum of 15 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload internet speed (for work-at-home positions)
  • Residency in one of the following states: AL, AZ, AR, CO, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MI, MN, MS, MO, NE, NV, NJ, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WI, WY
