What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Assisting members with pharmacy benefit plans by answering questions regarding prescription insurance and medication coverage
• Taking inbound calls and addressing client inquiries to simplify their healthcare experience
• Receiving training to upskill and assist with various call types
• Adhering to HIPAA and governmental compliance standards

What is Required (Qualifications)

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 1 year of experience interacting with customers
• Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service skills
