Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with clients through various communication channels (phone, email, chat). Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed information about our booking and services
- Handle orders, address complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience
- Perform clerical work according to standard procedures, including answering and transferring phone calls, greeting customers, updating reception logs, processing faxes, and unassigned emails
- Input customer information accurately and assist customers as needed
Essential Qualifications:

- Competency in email, Excel, Word, Calendars, and other Microsoft Office applications
