Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with clients through various communication channels (phone, email, chat). Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed information about our booking and services
  • Handle orders, address complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Perform clerical work according to standard procedures, including answering and transferring phone calls, greeting customers, updating reception logs, processing faxes, and unassigned emails
  • Input customer information accurately and assist customers as needed
What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Essential Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Competency in email, Excel, Word, Calendars, and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Able to maintain professional conduct, organization, and communication skills in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment

  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
