The Role

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality client service consistent with arenaflex standards and practices. Your primary duties will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone in a call center environment
• Solving customer issues regarding employee benefits, researching problems, and processing documents
• Maintaining satisfactory quality assurance scores and consistently meeting or exceeding departmental performance metrics
• Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior representatives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Strong typing and basic computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Nice to Have

While not required, the following skills and experience are highly desirable:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
• Exposure to benefits, HR, and/or payroll
• Call center experience
• Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain a high level of productivity
