Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Consultant – Customer Onboarding, you will be responsible for guiding new customers through the onboarding process, developing learning materials, and leveraging your knowledge of CAD and BIM software to understand customer needs. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Guiding new arenaflex customers on their onboarding journey from initial purchase to confident everyday use
• Developing and maintaining learning content to support new and existing customers
• Leveraging your knowledge with CAD and BIM software applications to understand customer needs and product requirements
• Developing customer relationships to advise organizations on deriving value from BIM software and project delivery

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer-Aided Design (CAD), Building Information Modeling (BIM), or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in the AEC industry, with a focus on customer onboarding, training, and support
• Deep knowledge of CAD and BIM software applications, including arenaflex's products and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex customer issues
• Experience with training and teaching, including live instruction and developing materials for on-demand learning
