Job Summary

As a Telehealth Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in receiving and processing calls from patients and their families. You'll be the first point of contact for our patients, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their care journey. Your exceptional customer service skills, combined with your ability to navigate complex situations, will make a significant difference in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive and process calls from patients and their families, gathering information and relaying it to clinicians as needed

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that patients feel heard, understood, and supported
  • Navigate complex situations, including calls from patients who are in a heightened emotional state
  • Work collaboratively with clinicians to ensure seamless communication and care coordination
  • Enhance your customer care skills through ongoing training and development opportunities
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve our services

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age

  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Accurate keyboard and typing skills (minimum requirements)
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
  • Ability to work evening, weekend shifts, and holidays (paid at time ½)
  • Access to High Speed Internet on a personal network (cannot be a shared network)
  • Personal, private, and patient-confidential workspace environment required

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field

  • Familiarity with telehealth or healthcare industry
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (a plus)

Work Environment and Company Culture

* Work-from-home (remote position) after a two-week orientation/training in our Gilbert training center

  • Monday – Friday schedule
