Job Summary

As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, working closely with our Case Management Team to resolve complex scenarios, and maintaining the highest level of client confidentiality. This is a temporary, full-time position that requires a high level of integrity, attention to detail, and a results-driven attitude. Key Responsibilities

* Obtain all necessary information from clients after an insurance application is submitted to an insurance carrier

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client needs and focusing on optimal solutions
• Work closely with the Case Management Team to resolve complex scenarios and maintain client confidentiality
• Utilize company-provided computer and telephony systems to communicate with clients and internal teams
• Maintain accurate records, writing, and grammar skills to ensure seamless client interactions
• Adapt quickly to change, work independently, and apply ethical reasoning to various scenarios

What You Need for this Job

* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

• 1 year+ of customer service experience
• Ability to communicate clearly, specifically when on the phone using a headset
• Computer proficiency in a Windows setting, including Microsoft Office, email, and internet access
• Understand and utilize company-provided computer and telephony systems
• Excellent communication skills to use throughout all levels of the organization
• Comfortable and competent in both written and oral communications
• Results-driven attitude
• Focus on details, accuracy, and client resolution
• Possess accurate record-keeping, writing, and grammar skills

• 8.5 hour shift Monday-Friday, with some weekend possibilities, starting at or after 12pm EST (11am CST, 10am MDT, 9am PDT)
