Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our part-time customer support team at arenaflex. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment, investigating and repairing pop fountain equipment, and maintaining all refrigeration equipment in good working condition. You will also be responsible for moving equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic appearance.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment as per arenaflex's standards
- Investigate and repair pop fountain equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition to ensure that arenaflex's products are always available and in top condition
- Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic appearance
- Remain positive and function as a cooperative team member to deliver exceptional customer support
- Develop and implement customer support strategies to ensure that arenaflex's customers receive the highest level of service
Essential Qualifications
* Secondary school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
- Valid driver's license
- Technical aptitude to repair machines
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work on Saturdays or Sundays and holidays as needed
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering)
- Experience in a similar role or industry
- Certification in a related field (e.g., HVAC, electrical)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
