Job Summary

As a Medical Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing empathetic and informative support to patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance carriers. Your primary focus will be on answering inbound calls, making outbound calls, and resolving complex issues related to patient billing and medical information. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless coverage of medication on behalf of patients, leveraging your exceptional communication skills, technical expertise, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance carriers

  • Provide exceptional customer service and empathy, resolving complex issues related to patient billing and medical information
  • Utilize computer skills for data entry, accurately capturing and updating patient information
  • Collaborate with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of patients, navigating complex insurance policies and procedures
  • Work closely with our team to ensure seamless coverage of medication, leveraging your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities

Essential Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recent Call Center experience (no exceptions)

  • Active internet connection and the ability to work from home
  • Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors
  • Great work attitude and willingness to help others
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field

  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and insurance policies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
