Job Summary
As a Medical Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing empathetic and informative support to patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance carriers. Key Responsibilities
• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance carriers
- Provide exceptional customer service and empathy, resolving complex issues related to patient billing and medical information
- Utilize computer skills for data entry, accurately capturing and updating patient information
- Collaborate with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of patients, navigating complex insurance policies and procedures
- Work closely with our team to ensure seamless coverage of medication, leveraging your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities
Essential Qualifications
• At least 1 year of recent Call Center experience (no exceptions)
- Active internet connection and the ability to work from home
- Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors
- Great work attitude and willingness to help others
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and insurance policies
