Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers over the phone, online chat, and email. You'll have the opportunity to create raving fans for arenaflex every single day, providing solutions to unique problems and exceeding customer expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers
  • Process customer orders and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment

  • Knowledge of the lighting industry or related products
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

* Competitive hourly rate: $16.00/hour (with a $1/hour increase after 60-day provisional period)

  • Quarterly bonus and commissions on product sales
