Responsibilities
As an Online Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our online customers via email, chat, and phone. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to online customers, resolving their inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Assisting customers with order placement, tracking, and returns, ensuring seamless and efficient customer experiences.
- Utilizing arenaflex systems and tools to efficiently manage customer accounts and orders, identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, staying up-to-date on arenaflex products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Meeting or exceeding performance targets and goals set by arenaflex, demonstrating a resourceful and resilient personality, strong adaptability and critical thinking skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements
