What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
As a Commercial Card Services Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Answering telephones and responding to basic customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Processing calls while ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded, providing timely and accurate resolutions to customer issues
- Recording calls, processing requests, and updating account history with accurate documentation, ensuring seamless customer experiences

What is Required (Qualifications)

- Experience in commercial credit card support and fraud monitoring, with a strong understanding of industry regulations and best practices
- The ability to handle sensitive information with great verbal and written communication skills, maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times
