Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional live chat support to our customers using Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, and Zoho SalesIQ
  • Resolving customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing your knowledge of QuickBooks to assist customers with software-related issues
  • Collaborating with our team to identify and implement process improvements
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with our software and industry trends

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in live customer support, preferably in the SaaS online software field
  • Proven experience with QuickBooks, including online and desktop versions
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems, including Zoho CRM
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new software and processes

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following skills and experience are highly desirable:

  • Experience working with construction companies or in the construction industry
  • Knowledge of Xero or other accounting software
  • Experience with email support and phone support
  • Familiarity with ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com project management tools
  • Experience with WordPress or other content management systems
  • Knowledge of server management and hosting
  • Experience with QA testing and quality assurance

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • A base salary of $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience
  • A performance bonus of $100-$400 per month, based on chat volume and customer satisfaction
