Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for:

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent written communication skills, with a strong command of the English language and the ability to write clear and concise messages.
• The ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems and platforms simultaneously, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and come up with creative solutions to complex problems.
• Empathy and patience, with a high level of emotional intelligence and the ability to listen to customers' concerns and provide solutions that address their needs.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
• A typing speed of at least 50 WPM, with the ability to respond to customer messages quickly and accurately.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required.

Schedule

This is a part-time position, with flexible scheduling options to accommodate your needs. We require a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, but you can work up to 40 hours per week if you choose.
