Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering inbound calls from customers in a prompt and professional manner
  • Identifying the type of assistance needed and providing solutions to resolve customer inquiries
  • Delivering information in a positive, conversational, and compassionate manner to facilitate relationship development with clients
  • Managing customer expectations and actively engaging customers in online chat contexts
  • Escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary
  • Participating in additional duties as assigned, including team supervision, analytics, and reporting

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns
  • Results-oriented approach to resolving customer issues efficiently
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues
  • Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role, preferably in a call center or similar environment
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and contribute to a positive and supportive team culture

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a digital mailbox or similar industry

  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))

Training and Development

arenaflex is committed to providing comprehensive training and development opportunities to help you succeed in your role. Our two-week paid training program includes:

  • Week 1: In-person training in our Las Vegas office, where you'll learn about our products and services, customer service best practices, and company policies
  • Week 2: In-person training at our Montebello, N.Y. headquarters, where you'll learn about our technology, processes, and team dynamics

Work Environment

This is an in-office role, and remote work is not available. Our Las Vegas office is a dynamic and collaborative environment, with a team of passionate professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.
